CAKE’s delivery and receipt policy applies to all provinces and cities nationwide.

Shipping costs may vary depending on factors such as support policies at that time, products, delivery locations and current promotions. To know the exact shipping cost, customers please select the product to buy, proceed to payment, enter the recipient’s address and information, as well as select the delivery method on the website. We will update the shipping cost accordingly.

After the order is received and processed from the CAKE system, it will be delivered to the shipping unit within 2-3 days.

The estimated delivery time is from 3-7 days, depending on the receiving location and the delivery time of the shipping unit.

We would like to note that there may be delays due to objective reasons such as holidays, Tet, difficult to find the delivery address, inability to contact the recipient, or delays from the shipping unit. We are not responsible for delayed delivery due to reasons from the customer such as inability to contact the recipient, the recipient refusing to receive the goods, or force majeure such as natural disasters, storms, floods, earthquakes.

When receiving the goods, please open the package and compare it with the invoice. Check the integrity and actual quantity of the product to see if it matches the order placed on the website.

If the order is not the same as the product the customer ordered, or the packaging and product are damaged during transportation, the customer has the right to return the goods and not pay for the order. The confirmation signature or photo of the goods received by the shipping unit during the delivery process is a document verifying your agreement and acceptance of the completed goods receipt process. CAKE is not responsible for resolving complaints about missing goods, wrong delivery, or damaged products and packaging after the customer has signed the confirmation of receipt and payment.
